Price Guide
The following pricing guides apply:
Standard repointing with a 1/2 round, cut flush or raked back finish is approximately $120-$170/sqmtr of brick face. This generally includes the required scaffold and a brick face wash on completion.
Replacement of coloured mortar and tuckpointing ranges from $250-$500/sqmtr of brick face. This is dependent on the number of different coloured bricks, decorative pattern work and straight walling involved.
These prices include a quality guaranteed finish, all of the required insurances, employer to employee obligations and OH&S compliant scaffolding. Generally no payment is required until the work is completed to your satisfaction.
